Sitting at work like in a greenhouse and waiting for your brain to turn into an omelette from the heat is not the best option, so fresh and even slightly cool air is a must (it is especially useful for hypertensive people). Firstly, it is youthful (suddenly, yes), and secondly, it saturates cells with oxygen, improving brain activity. In the stuffiness, you’ll feel drowsy every now and then. Be aware, however, that those who sit close to the window are at risk of getting sick from the draught, so make sure you close all doors.

Swap seats
This option will suit those who are not working at a desktop computer. If you work on a laptop, we advise you to move to the meeting room, which is normally occupied only during meetings. Plus, there are usually more comfortable chairs (or even a couch) there. This will keep you from snapping at your colleagues and catching a cold.
